Flag Football Ministry

It's time for our Flag Football Awards!
We maintain first and foremost, that the flag football league organized by this local assembly is a ministry. As any person of God would expect, the focus of the ministry is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The emphasis is not on playing a great game of football with folks from the church. The true emphasis is on using football as a tool to reach the young people in the community, and then share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them at every game. Every football game is an opportunity to teach Christian values and morals in real life situations during the course of the games.
2008 Starting date: Saturday, September 6th
Ending date: Saturday, November 15th
Ages: 13-18
Time: 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Place: Colmar Manor ball fields
Format: two football games a week with a brief intermission
